End-User Interaction

The InteractMode property specifies the allowed end-user interaction with annotations.

When InteractMode is set to Edit Mode, the user can create, select, and modify annotations.

When InteractMode is set to Interactive Mode, the user can interact with, but not edit, annotations. The end user cannot see the toolbar, annotations cannot be selected, and user interaction generates mouse click events: MouseDown, MouseMove, MouseUp, Click, DoubleClick.
